Byron Bay Engineering
Byron Bay Engineering originated in the mid 1970’s founded by eccentric local , Paul Mcarthy . BBE was at the cornerstone of Byron Bay’s transformation from an industrial seaside town into a tourist Mecca during the 1980’s.
Prominent structures such as the Beach Hotel , Westpac corner and the Byron Services Club were among many projects completed by Mcarthy and his crew .
In 1985 I founded Barnes Mobile Engineering offering an alternative mobile operation marketing a large agriculture and earthmoving industries of that period .
Fast forward to 2023 and long after the rebranding of Barnes Mobile Engineering to Byron Bay Engineering is reflective of our current operations.
